this is the most important point of being comfortable

Even if you are rich, you have anything that you want, but if you feel uncomfortable with that ????
make your self comfortable is important thing, ya don't have to think about something that's not related to you..

Most of the american man, they live in a high tension, they live under pressure coz of their job and anything related to their life, so they are easy to get stress and depressed, finally dying young...

but the man who live in china and Arab, they think simple... anything has been arranged by a great active power (in chinese ver) or Allah (in arabic ver), so you don't have to complain about anything that happen
and the result ?? they can live until 80 even 100 years old...

so feel comfortable is the most important thing....
